With the implementation of the open economy and international integration, the foreign exchange market has increasingly been developed. Its operation has continuously been efficient in enhancing the development of Vietnam’s external economy. The achievement of this market is obvious. However, compared with the objectives and expectations, there exists several inadequacies in the market which should be studied in order to find solutions like Vietnam’s Foreign exchange market is still an underdeveloped market, the liquidity of market is low, the underground market thrives, no brokers get involved in the market, the legal system is not completed, capacity management and market supervision of the central bank are inefficient
